Most CRMs are an empty box you pay to keep empty.
Mine shows up with the jobs already in it — pulled every morning from public permit filings across the Metroplex.
What's broken
- Your business runs on a whiteboard, a shared inbox, a spreadsheet, and three apps that don’t talk to each other.
- Nobody can tell you where a lead came from, so nobody can tell you which marketing to stop paying for.
- The jobs you’d most want to bid on are sitting in public permit filings that nobody on your team has time to read.
What I build
One system. You own the code, the data and the accounts.
A CRM built for job-based work
Contacts, jobs, bids and activity history — structured around crews and projects, not a software company’s idea of a sales pipeline.
A lead engine wired into it
Daily pollers across DFW building permits, appraisal district records, TxDOT projects, Google Places and OpenStreetMap. Matches land in your pipeline without anyone searching.
Quote → job → invoice, in one place
Stop re-typing a customer’s name into four systems. One record, start to finish.
A site that converts
Fast, mobile-first, and posting every form fill straight into the CRM with the source attached.
Local paid search and social
Bought properly, inside your actual service radius, measured against jobs won — not impressions.
Why me
I spent seven years on the brand side of a Fortune 500 CPG company — buying media across Meta, TikTok, Google and The Trade Desk, and negotiating annual joint business plans with platforms and retail media networks. I was the DSP product owner for two of the largest retailers in the US.
I'm in Frisco. The permit engine is already running in production for a DFW concrete contractor. You'd be working with me directly — there is no account manager to hand you off to.
How it goes
One call, 20 minutes
You tell me what’s broken. I tell you what I’d build and what I’d kill. No deck.
A fixed scope and a date
Written down before anything starts. You know what you’re getting and when.
6–10 weeks to launch
The lead engine starts producing before the site is even live.
Priced to buy proof, not margin.
I'm early and I'd rather have real case studies than full invoices. Two contractors get the complete build well below what it's worth. In exchange I want a case study with real numbers, two introductions to people in your trade, and first shot at the marketing work afterward.
